Gluten Free Beat Quoted in Miami New Times!

Miami New Times reporter, Joni Williams interviewed me and asked all about Gluten Free Beat and my personal story. I dished it all. From the amazing accommodating gluten free friendly restaurants, to the unaccommodating restaurants, to the ones that make you so sick... I even told the tale of when I was contaminated...
