Sprinkles Cupcakes - Get Um' in an ATM too!

Sprinkles Cupcakes makes a delish' gluten free red velvet cupcake and a plethora of other (unfortunately non gluten free) cupcakes. I was recently in Chicago, and read rave reviews about their gluten free cupcake, so I had to try it for myself, right?!

The good news, the G is the staple to rest assured your about to enjoy a fantastic gluten free red velvet cupcake.

The red velvet cake part of the cupcake was incredibly moist. I could have had 4 of them in one sitting. I always eat the bottom first and save the icing, i.e., the best part for last! In this case, the cream cheese icing was actually too much for me. I know, I never thought I'd say that either! If it was chocolate, I'd be all in. But, just wasn't a huge fan of the cream cheese icing. Am a huge fan of a gluten free option. And, would be MUCH more of a fan if new exciting gluten free flavors came from Sprinkles in the near future!

This is not a figment of your imagination. A cupcake ATM machine DOES exist. So cool, right?

Sprinkles is also kind enough to think about our 4 legged family members. We had to bring back a treat for Lucky, our amazing Tibetan Terrier. He deserved it, of course! And why not try out the cupcake ATM?!

All in all, I wish Sprinkles had more gluten free options, but, am thrilled they do have one, and think of our Fido's. So THUMBS UP!
