Here's how Rudi's describes their delicious Tortillas ...

The tortillas are made with whole grain flours and have a soft, pliable texture, that’s ready to be loaded up with goodness. Like all Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery products, the tortillas are made with only the highest quality, wholesome ingredients, carry the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) seal and are soft and delicious just like real tortillas
Here are the 3 different types of Tortillas:

I was excited to think of what I'd fill my Tortilla with.  I love stir fry, so I chopped up some onions, sauteed them in olive oil and my favorite gluten-free teriyaki sauce from San J.  Next, chopped up chicken, sautee for 20 minutes, and a delicious stuffing for your Tortilla is done!  I also made some brown rice.

Rudi's recommends heating up the Tortilla's for optimum taste.  I wanted to get right to it, I loaded the Plain Tortilla up with brown rice, and teriyaki chicken and onions and was ready to go.

Delicious Tortilla here you go.

HUGE THUMBS UP!!!

  1. I need to try these. I don't think I've found gluten free tortillas yet that both taste good and don't fall apart :)
