The new Miami Marlin's stadium is a work of art. It wouldn't be Miami if there were not monstrous disagreements in regards to funding and building... But, most importantly, for a person like me who could not give a hoot about baseball, I am now excited to go to a game, and have the option of drinking a gluten free beer and eating a gluten free hot dog to boot!!
My favorite part about the stadium? The light up fixture on the field when the Marlin's hit a home run? Nope! The Gluten Free food stand? OH YEAH!!
Do you see this?? Gluten Free HOT DOG, Sandwich, REDBRIDGE gluten free beer and more!!! Do you get why I love this place?? Even a gluten free chocolate muffin, c'mon -- you can admit it, this ROCKS!!
100% gluten free! No cross contamination concerns. CLEAN, and the buns are HOMEMADE!!
The hot dog was delicious and the bun fantastic. Was the bun crumbly as gluten free buns tend to be? Yes. Was it tasty? Yes! Did I feel like I was missing out on a real hot dog? NO!!!
