I cherish snacks, especially good, filling snacks. Landau's Chocolate Coated Rice Cakes are just that! (I can't find a website for Landau's to find additional products, if you know of any, please chime in!).
This is another kosher (pareve), gluten free, and dairy free item. The chocolate covering is great, it doesn't over power the rice cake, but, is a perfect complement.
So far, I have only been able to find them at Kastner's Market. If you find them anywhere else, please let me know! Kastner's was out when I searched for them today... =(
Thumbs Up!! Keep the great snack foods coming!
This blog is dedicated to us Celiacs, or those who live or want to live a Gluten Free (GF) life. I've come across products and restaurants that are wonderful, and want to share them (and hope you do the same)! I've also come across products I wish I never purchased, and restaurants that were unaccommodating to say the least. This is a forum to share useful information so we can support those accommodating companies, and hope those that aren't step up to the challenge!

Kelkin makes an even tastier version, but I have only found them in Ireland and England. Wish someone would distribute them in the US.
ReplyDeleteI have to check out Kelkin! Thanks for the comment. I'll ask my local Publix to start carrying it - if you do, Publix typically does!
ReplyDeleteDairy-free? Doesn't chocolate contain milk?
ReplyDeleteYes! Chocolate can be pareve! See http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareve
